Having been trained by Dr. Roger Hall as a High Performance Advisor within the Arete program, I referred regularly to this amazing workbook. I highly recommend it.
Excellent, thought provoking material. Working through this book was a great experience. Dr. Hall is very insightful and has a way of challenging your thinking so that you can refine and revise it and reach a higher perspective.
This workbook is packed with anecdotes, examples and thoughtful questions to provide the reader with an interactive platform to examine one's life both personally and professionally. I highly recommend it!
The material unpacked in the Expedition manual created a shift in me personally and in the way I led those in my organization. This is not something you simply sit down and read through to gain great ideas (like a typical book). Rather this is a personal journey to dig into your life and leadership to help shape and form you into the kind of leader worth following.
I have gone through an Expedition Work Shop and done a detailed exercise on every aspect of the Expedition workbook myself. In addition to that, I purchased a number of the Expedition books and gave them to other people in both my business and personal relationships. It allows a person to go deep, honest, and authentic within their own interiors and can be a truly ground breaking exercise for the person that desires to create an awesome "balance of life" and gain insights about themselves that they may not of had before. I would strongly recommend Expedition to anyone seeking to enter into new areas of personal human development.

I'd say most of the population is walking out life without asking real questions of themselves, their motives, the truly necessary skills to achieve their goals - and even what their goals really need to be. I'd recommend this for those who are either nearing the end of their college education onto 'accomplished professional.'
